IT / Field Service Engineer

Due to our growth and reputation in the industry, we are currently seeking an experienced IT /  Field Service Engineer.

 

Required Skills / Knowledge:

  • Extensive knowledge of network connectivity, and WiFi networks.

  • Remote troubleshooting and diagnosis of network connectivity issues

  • Good understanding of Windows servers environment and common operating systems

  • Ability to work with a variety of customers and vendors (some technical some non-technical)

  • Aggressive problem solver

  • Ability to travel locally to different clients

 

Qualifications:

  • Professional networking

  • Net +

  • Good understanding of Windows Server environments (SBS,2008 R2 / 2012R2 / 2016 / 2019)

  • Advanced knowledge of networking protocols and concepts (Routing, Ports, TCP/IP, Network analysis tools)

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience providing support to users using Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and other mainstream Microsoft applications

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cohesively with clients
